Heidi is a USDF Bronze, Silver & Gold medalist and a North American Young Rider Championships Team Bronze medalist. Heidi currently trains with Danish Olympian Lars Petersen at Legacy Farms in Florida. She is available for lessons and training in the Wellington/Loxahatchee area and can travel to your barn. She is also available for weekend clinics throughout the US and coaching at regional and national competitions. In addition, Heidi returns to Nebraska once a month for clinics.

Heidi has over 20 years experience with horses. She began riding at age 6 at Lowell Boomer's Great Plains Equestrian Center and participated in the Cornhusker Pony Club for many years. Heidi has trained with Grand Prix riders Hokan Thorn, Jan Ebeling, Jesper Baek, Alison Sader Larson and Bill Solyntjes in Minnesota, North Carolina and California. She has also ridden in clinics with numerous top dressage trainers including Rudolph Zeilinger, Conrad Schumacher, Betsy Steiner, Robert Dover, Lisa Wilcox, Neil Ishoy, Volker Brommann and Lilo Fore.

Heidi qualified for the North American Young Riders Championships five times on three different horses and was a member of the bronze medal team and finished eighth individually in 1996. Heidi has placed in the top 3 in FEI classes at the USET Festival of Champions in Gladstone, NJ, CDI-Raleigh in North Carolina, Dressage at Del Mar in California and Gold Coast Opener in Wellington, FL. In 2007, she won the Midwest Championship at Intermediaire II Open and FEI Freestyle.

In 2004, Heidi attended the USDF Instructor Certification workshops as a participating instructor and for the past 3 years she has been invited to attend the Young Dressage Horse Trainers Symposium.
